· Trustwell Precision has no minimum order quantity requirement. Our services can meet your production needs for different quantities, from single-piece prototype verification to small-batch custom parts production and machining.

How do I get a project quotation?

· Trustwell offers instant pricing and lead times for custom parts. You can request a quote in two ways:

1. Visit the Get a Quote page on our website, submit the form, and upload your CAD files and project details.

2. Send your CAD files and project requirements directly to our email: [email protected].

· After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you within 12 hours with a quotation and DFM analysis.If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How soon can I receive my order?

· Lead time is typically 1–3 weeks from the date we receive a complete 2D or 3D CAD model with the order. Complex parts or large orders may require longer.

· We also handle urgent projects. For shipping, most orders are delivered by express courier or air freight, which usually takes 3–7 days to your door.

What are the requirements for drawing file formats when requesting a quote?

· For accurate and timely quoting, we only accept 3D CAD files in STL, SLD, STEP, or IGES formats.2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF or DWG formats.

How do you ensure the quality of my parts?

· We strictly control every step from raw material incoming to finished product shipment to fully meet customer requirements. All products undergo 4 inspection stages during production:
